02. Service Scope
Bespoke Travel
Custom itinerary design, private aviation chartering, luxury accommodation procurement, and exclusive ground transportation. Each journey is tailored to the specific atmospheric and functional requirements of the client.
Concierge
24/7 lifestyle management including priority reservations at Michelin-starred establishments, access to sold-out events, personal shopping, and high-security asset management.
03. Liability & Force Majeure
Darkas Holidays acts solely as an agent for transportation, hotel, and activity providers. While we vet all partners for excellence, we cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party vendors, including but not limited to flight delays, mechanical failures, or property-specific issues.
Force Majeure: Darkas Holidays is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
