Paleokastritsa

One of the most beautiful villages on the island — six small shores with crystal blue seawater, coves, and sea caves. The beach is accessible via ramp, with amphibious chairs available. Admire Paradise, Marmara, Liniodoro, Rovinia, Limni, and Kasteli beaches; spot the lion’s head rock, the blue eye, and the caves of St Nicolas and Nausica. The 13th-century Monastery of Panayia Theotokos houses a 30-metre whale backbone and a late-Byzantine icon collection. Note: the Monastery itself is not accessible — only suitable for guests able to take a few steps with a foldable wheelchair.

Corfu Old Town & Fortress

Begin at the Old Fortress — Venetian foundations with British-era modifications, now home to a small Byzantine museum and the neoclassical St George’s Church. Continue on foot or wheels through the Venetian-style centre: narrow streets, hidden churches, and the French-built Liston colonnade (Rue de Rivoli-style arcades). Choose your interior visit from two fully adapted museums: the Museum of Asian Art (ramps, lift, audio guide, Braille captions) or the Archaeological Museum (ramps, lift, adapted WC — disabled visitors and companion exempt from tickets).
